This policy explains what AJ Prestige Transportation Services collects when you visit our website or book a ride, who receives that information, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you submit the booking form we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop off locations, trip date and time, passenger count, service type, and any special requests you add. We use this to confirm your reservation, contact you about the trip, and keep a record of your bookings. We do not sell this information.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic visit information such as the pages viewed, the referring website, device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. This is used to understand which pages and ads bring customers to us and to keep the site working properly.
Measurement and advertising by Google
We work with Google as the platform that measures website activity and advertising performance. Two Google products are enabled on this site:
- Google Ads (conversion and call tracking). When you click a call button or submit a booking form, a conversion is reported to Google Ads so we can see which ads led to that action. The data sent includes the page or action taken, a Google advertising cookie or device identifier, and basic device and browser details. Google Ads uses this for two purposes: measurement (reporting how many calls and bookings our site receives) and ad optimization (showing our ads to people more likely to book).
- Google Analytics (website measurement). This reports which pages visitors view and how they found the site.
We do not send your name, phone number, or email address to Google as part of these measurement events.
Consent and your choices
In regions where consent is required before advertising cookies are used, we ask visitors in those regions before enabling that measurement, and we honor a refusal. Where a consent banner is not required, advertising measurement may run by default and you can opt out at any time using the controls below. Your choice applies to browser reporting and to server side reporting for events that happen after your choice.

- You can also ask us to delete your booking information at any time by calling or emailing us below, and we will remove it from our records.
If you previously accepted measurement and later withdraw that choice, new events are blocked from that point on. We keep a record of your latest choice so it is respected across tabs and on later visits.
How long we keep data
Booking records are kept for business and accounting purposes. Measurement data held by Google follows Google's own retention rules for the products above.
